Terms And Conditions
Cash payment is preferred and required in full before the photo session. We also accept pre payment by bank transfer, PayPal or Wise transfer but the transaction must be completed before the session.
Once the time/date and location of your session is agreed this can not be changed after 20.00 the evening before your session (we understand that conditions can change, but 20.00 is the cut off point) and we will always advise you of the best beach to suit your ability and the forecasted conditions (using forecasting apps which are very accurate 12-24 hours in advance).
The number of photos you receive depends on the number of waves you catch (but rest assured we will capture all your waves!).
We do not deliver RAW files only edited JPEGS (unless specifically requested upon booking).
Specific image formats should be requested upon booking (ie. vertical photos for social media).
We provide colour photos but are always happy to provide black and white images on request.
Your photos will be delivered within 24 hours (usually within 12 hours) via google drive link.
We cannot refund your payment (if made in advance) if you don’t show up at the agreed meeting location on time. We have a maximum of 15 minutes waiting time as we are generally very busy especially during summer months.
If we cannot attend due to unforseen circumstances your full payment (if paid in advance) will be returned immediately.
Images will be kept on file for 14 days so please download and save your images and back them up.
Invoices are available upon request - this photography service is run as a fully legal independent freelance business activity (trabalhador independente) fully compliant with Portuguese tax laws.
